方坯连铸二冷区铸坯与辊子间传热数学模型的研究

摘  要:建立了方坯连铸二冷区铸坯与辊子间传热的数学模型。通过模拟试验,得到了铸坯导入辊子的热流与铸坯表面温度、拉速和水流密度之间的回归式。铸坯表面温度变化的理论计算结果与实验测定值基本吻合。研究结果对于定量分析和计算连铸二冷区传热是有益的。A mathematcal model of heat transfer between the billet and the roller for the seeondary cooling zone in billet continuous casting is established. By means of the simulated test,a regres sion relation between the heat flow from the billet into the roller and the surface temperature and cast ing speed and spray water density obtained. The calculated theoretical values for change of surface temperature are in agreement with the measured data, these studies may contribut to the quantitative analysis and the calculation of the heat transfer of the secondary cooling zone.
