摘　　要：一种基于单片机的智能型太阳能热水器水位、水温测控装置。用干簧管切换接点将分级水位信号转换成电压,实现水位信号的二线制传输,水温采用PN结传感器,配以精密V/F变换器将温度变换成频率与温度成正比的电脉冲信号,而不采用价格高、电路复杂的A/D变换器。此装置也可广泛应用于各种大型精密医疗设备的断水保护和水冷保护系统中。实践证明,整个装置抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,成本低,有很高的推广应用价值。This paper introduces a kind of intellectual water-level-and-temperature test control instrument for solar water heater based on SCM.The two-wire transmission of water level signal is realized by the conversion of the graded water level signal to the voltage using the reed pipe changeover contact.Instead of traditional A/D convertor,the PN sensor,accompanied with V/F convertor,is applied to the conversion of the water temperature to the electropulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the temperature.The instrument can be used in the water-break-and -cool protection system of all kinds of large precision medical equipment.With the excellences of strong interference immunity and reliability and low cost,it is worth of spreading and applying.
