摘　　要：目的　了解SLE皮肤基底膜带自身抗体 (BMZ Ab)靶抗原 ,并与自身免疫性大疱病相关抗原进行比较。方法　以人皮肤提取物为抗原 ,免疫印迹 (IB)检测 47例SLE及对照的 14例大疱性类天疱疮 (BP)、2例获得性大疱性表皮松解症 (EBA)患者血清中IgG型自身抗体。 结果　 2 9/4 7例SLE血清IgG型自身抗体与表皮和 /或真皮抗原反应 ,其中 14 /4 7例单纯结合 180kD、14 5kD、13 0kD、97kD、85kD、75kD、66kD表皮抗原 ,8/4 7例单纯结合 115kD、2 90kD真皮抗原 ,7/4 7例同时结合上述不同分子量真、表皮抗原。 11/14例BP血清结合 2 3 0kD、180kD、165kD、13 0kD、115kD、97kD表皮抗原。 2例EBA血清结合 2 90kD真皮抗原。结论　SLEBMZ Ab靶抗原存在明显异质性。SLE与多种自身免疫性大疱病BMZ抗原交叉 。Objective To realize the target antigens of basement membrane zone antibodies(BMZ-Ab) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Sera from 47 cases of SLE,14 cases of bullous pemphigoid(BP) and 2 cases of epidermolysis bullosa acquisita(EBA) were analysed by immunobloting,using dermal and epidermal antigens extracted from human skin as substrate.Results IgG type autoantibodies in 29/47 SLE sera reacted with dermal or/and epidermal antigens.14/47 SLE sera reacted with epidermal antigens,including 180kD,145kD,130kD,97kD,85kD,75kD and 66kD peptide;8/47 SLE sera reacted with 115kD and 290kD peptide in dermal extract;7/47 SLE sera reacted with both dermal and epidermal antigens mentioned above.11/14 BP sera reacted with epidermal antigens,including 230kD,180kD,165kD,130kD,115kD and 97kD peptide.Both the 2 cases of EBA sera reacted with dermal antigens of 290kD.Conclusion BMZ autoantigens in SLE are shown to be heterogeneous.It reveals that there is an internal association between SLE and autoimmune blistering diseases since they shares some target antigens.
