副肿瘤性天疱疮合并局灶性Castleman’s病和呼吸系统损害

摘　　要：副肿瘤性天疱疮 (PNP)是一种与自身免疫相关的获得性大疱性疾病。本文报告 4例同时合并局灶性Castleman’s病和呼吸系统损害的PNP患者 ,其中 3例合并闭塞性细支气管炎 (BO)。他们的免疫学表现较为一致 ,血清中抗体可识别人角质形成细胞及边缘肺组织提取物中的 2 10kD和 190kD抗原。肿瘤切除后患者的皮损逐渐消失 。Paraneoplastic pemphigus(PNP) is an autoimmune related bullous disease.This report is about four cases of PNP associated with localized Castleman's disease and pulmonary involvement,among which three were diagnosed as bronchiolitis obliterans(BO).The patients'sera recognized the 210kd and 190kd antigens from human keratinocyte extracts and lung tissue extracts.After resection of the tumors,all of the patients' lesions improved.But those with BO still had wheezing and cough.
