摘　　要：目的研究影响复方茶碱片脆碎度的各种因素,为生产提供控制方法。方法根据QC理论,对生产过程进行人、机、物、法、环分析,找出主要影响因素。结果因素的不同水平对脆碎度的影响程度不同。结论原料的结晶、辅料、粘合剂、湿混合时间和压片机型号是影响脆碎度的主要因素。OBJECTIVE Study the influence compound thophylline tablets tablets various factor of friability, makes a living the product method of control providing. METHODS According to QC's theory, person, machine, body, method and the environment are carried on to the opposite product course is analysed, and looks for out chiefly influencing the factor. RESULTS The differ- ent standards of factor are different to the influence level of friability. CONCLUSION It is the major factor that influences fragile brokenly to spend that the crystal of raw material, subsidiary material, binder and wet mixes ime and pressure piece type name.
