摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展和资源的日益枯竭 ,对水资源的管理仅仅局限在供求管理上已远远不能适应形势的发展 ,水资源的需求管理和综合管理正日益提上议事日程 。Following the rapid development of the economical society and the daily exhaustion of water resources,the two ways of demand management and comprehensive management of water resources are being placed on the agenda,because the technical management of demand and supply water is not suitable for the situation development.
