摘　　要：介绍了圆盘蒸发器的结垢原因,预防措施及治理办法。The paper introduced the reasons of scaling of direct evaporator and some precautionary measures in earlier stage,and scaling of direct evaporator in washing stages was also included.Finally,according to the development of alkali recovery technology,the ways of treatment by improving technology and cancelling direct evaporator are discussed.
