超细旦丙纶梳棉工艺研究

摘　　要：根据超细旦丙纶纤维的纺纱特性 ,对梳棉工序的纺纱工艺进行了研究。认为纺超细旦丙纶纤维时 ,应减少梳棉喂入量 ,降低刺辊分梳强度 ,增强锡林刺辊间的转移能力 ,增加道夫转移率 ,减少纤维的平均梳理时间并选择适宜的针布等。Micro-Polyproopylene fiber( pp fiber) carding process is researched on the basis of its spinning property. It is shown that the excellent carding technology includes lower fiber feeding amount, softer combing action of the take-in, more fiber transfering between the cylinder and take-in and between the cylinder and doffer, shorter average fiber combing period and suitable fillet.
