摘 要:通过对皖系粗毛兔又四个世代的系统选育及对其配套技术的研究。结果 :①皖系粗毛兔育种兔群 ,11月龄刀剪毛的产量及粗毛率分别为 2 94 2 8g(折年产毛量 1177 12 g)和 15 94 % ,分别较“八五”成绩提高 16 2 3%和 5 2 8% ,较基础群提高了 13 6 3%和 4 94 % ;11月龄毛纤维的长度、细度、强度及伸度 ,粗毛分别为 11 5 5cm、4 7 0 4 μm、2 4 33CN和 4 7 33% ,细毛分别为 7 36cm、15 6 4μm、4 73CN和 4 5 37% ,与“八五”成绩差异不大 ;11月龄体重、体长、胸围分别为 4 ,2 5 8 2 6g、5 1 85cm和 33 4 7cm ,分别较“八五”成绩提高了 3 4 2 %、2 13%和 1 4 5 % ;繁殖性能稳中有升 ,其头胎产仔 7 2 1只 ,产活仔 6 82只 ,初生、2 1日龄及 4 2日龄断乳窝重分别为 36 2 72g、2 2 4 3 71g和 5 0 2 7 2 3g ,断奶成活率达 91 72 %。②筛选出同期发情、超排处理的最佳激素及其有效剂量 ,确定了最适宜的取卵及胚胎移植的时期。Research results are followings:①Now there are 285 breeding rabbits in the breeding group of Wan Strain Coarse wool Angora (WSCWA). Wool yield and percentage of coarse wool (including bristles and awns) at 11 months were improved 16 23% and 5 28% compared with the results measured in 1995,improved 13 63% and 4 94% compared with the foundamental group. The length,diameter,tensile strength and stretching extend of coarse wool at 11months were respectively 11 55 cm,47 04 μm,24 33 cN and 47 33%,those of downs were respectively 7 36 cm,15 64 μm,4 73 CN and 45 37%. Body weight,body length and chest measurement were improved 3 42%,2 13% and 1 45% compared with the results measured in 1995. Reproductive performances were medium,the litter size and the liver litter size at first birth were respectively 7 21 and 6 82,litter weight at birth,21 days and weaning were respectively 362 72 g,2 243 71 g and 5 027 23 g,survival rate at wean ing was 91 72%.②Selected and determined the best hormone treatments and the best dose of hormone for estrus synchronization and superovulation,determined the best time of embryo collection and embryo transfer,knew the basic procedure and methods of MOET,at the same time used this technology in Angora breeding.③Studied French advanced harvesting methods of defleecing with 'Lagodendron',selected and determined the best dose and the harvesting methods.
