微波溶样技术在氨基酸分析前处理中的探讨

摘　　要：利用微波技术对样品氨基酸分析的前处理方法进行了研究和探索 ,使样品前处理的时间由过去传统的 2 4h ,缩短为 30min。通过对鱼粉的微波处理 ,初步探索出适用的微波消解条件 。The pretreatment of amino acid sample was studied by microwave digestion technique in this paper. The time of sample digestion was greatly shorten from 24 hours to 30 minutes. This technique was optimized and a suitable condition was found primarily by the pretreatment of fishmeal. The results were satisfactory.
