摘　　要：钢包底吹氩透气砖是LF关键的功能性耐火材料 ,它的流量特征、重复吹成率、安全性和使用寿命直接关系到LF功能的正常发挥。武钢成功开发出高性能狭缝迷宫式 2 5 0tLF用透气砖 ,3年来使用安全可靠 ,无一渗钢、漏钢事故发生 ,重复吹成率达到 99%以上 ,透气砖寿命与钢包底部寿命同步 ,平均使用寿命达 2 8次 。The permeable bricks for ladle bottom Argon bubbling are critical functional refactory elements for LF furnace and the flowability, repeated blowing rate, reliability and service life have direct bearing on the proper performance of functions of LF furnace.For the purpose the high quality labyrinth type narrow seam permeable bricks for 250 T LF furnace have been successfully developed.The newly developed elements have been used in operation for more than 3 years without occurrence of any accidents such as hot metal infiltration and breakout and the repeated blowing rate of the element come up to 99 % and the service life of the permeable brick synchronizes with the ladle bottom life.The repeated blowing times for a single permeable element are 28 and therefore the demand of the Steel Plant in production of clean steel can be satisfied.
