摘　　要：介绍了LGM - 15 4 5汽车轮毂轴承模拟试验机 ,对富康轿车前轮毂轴承及桑塔纳轿车后轮毂轴承进行模拟试验。并对桑塔纳轿车在运行过程中轴承出现的微动磨损现象进行了故障再现 ,探索了微动磨损的试验方法。开展了桑塔纳轿车前轮毂轴承喷泥砂试验 。By using LGM-15/45 automobile hub bearing simulation tester, the simulation test at speed of 95 km/h for car has been made, the total test time is 720 hours. The simulation test at 120km/h for Santana car has been made, the jiggle wear phenomena which appears in bearing at the transport of Santana car has been recurrence, the test method has been researched, the mud-sand test has been made for the front hub bearing of Santana car, the test specification and judgment standard has been working-out. The tester has been examined for 800 hours and its properties is stable, its operation is good.
