压边浇冒口对铸件质量的影响

摘　　要：在使用压边浇冒口的生产实践中,由于化学成分、浇注温度、压边宽度、长度和冒口体积等选取不当,易造成铸件顶面凹陷、冒口根部缩孔、缩松等缺陷。对此进行了具体分析并提出了解决措施。It was found in the production practice with using kiss gating-feeder,that some defects in-cluding top surface depression and shrinkage at kissing area etc.were easy to be caused due to not properly choosing chemical composition,pouring temperature,kissing width or/and length,as well as the feeder volume.The defect reason was analyzed,and the measures to prevent their formation was proposed.
