摘  要:电磁感应加热热管纺丝工艺研究和产品开发试验表明:电磁感应加热热管纺丝是一种新型的热管纺丝一步法涤纶长丝生产技术,由于各热管温度实现了独立的设定和控制,使得生产各种不同性能的异收缩混纤丝工艺变得更为直观和有效。In this paper, by studying the thermal - channel spinning process heated by electromagnetic induction and developing products,a conclusion has been drawn that thermal channel spinning technology is a type of new one - step technology of polyester filaments. Due to independent setting and controlling of the temperature of all the single tube, the process of producing various intermingled yarn of different shrinkage becomes more ocular and effective.
