对中国煤层气勘探开发现状的思考与建议

摘　　要：开拓中国煤层气新领域已历经十年 ,煤层气钻井近 2 0 0口、实施煤层气“项目”40余项 (均含中外合作 ) ,但是至今仍没有建成一座商业性开发气田。按勘探程序 ,完成勘探任务的标志是探明可采储量。此后 ,需进行“开发试验”(即“中试”) ,而后才能正式开发。为加快我国煤层气的勘探开发工作 ,建议在有利区尽快完善小井网试验 ,确认可增补生产试验井 ,扩大井网规模 ,在条件具备时尽快转入工业性试验 ,并针对技术难题设立科技攻关专题。During these ten years' exploring and developing the coal bed metha ne gas in China, nearly 200 wells of methane gas have been drilled and more than 40 items of projects on methane gas have been carried out including those in co operation with some other countries.However,there is still no any commercial gas fields established up till now.According to the exploring procedure,the prove d reserve achieved is a sign of accomplishment of exploration task.It is essent ial to conduct 'development experiment' prior to 'commercial development'.In terms of exploration of a frontier,'development experiment' means 'pilot sc ale experiment' or 'industrial experiment'.To conduct 'development experimen t' it is necessary to identify 'development experiment' wells and extend pilo t on the basis of fully accomplishing a small scale pilot.To speed up the expl oration and development of the coal bed methane gas,it is suggested to complet e small scale pilot experiments and move forward into 'industrial experiment' at high prospective areas as soon as possible.Meanwhile,more research projects should be carried out to overcome those technical obstacles.
