摘 要:中原油田的天然气生产及销售已经初具规模 ,产量基本稳定在 1 5× 1 0 8m3/a左右 ,销往沧州、济南、聊城、郑州、安阳等三省的近 30个用户 ,且新用户不断增加。文章主要围绕天然气资源、管理、综合利用、集输、市场、价格这条主线 ,在搞清油田天然气资源及开发、销售、需求现状与潜力的基础上 ,提出了如何运用价格策略来优化天然气市场经营模式 ,优化天然气综合利用方向 ;研究了把握市场动向、始终占据主动性的策略 ;分析了“西气东输”工程对中原油田天然气市场可能产生的影响及中原油田所面临的机遇与挑战 。The natural gas producing and mark eting in Zhongyuan Oil Field have been just beginning to take into shape,product ion rate has been basically maintain onto 1 500×10 6m 3/d and natural gas has been sold to about 30 regions,as Cangzhou,Jinan,Liaocheng,Zhengzhou,Anyang, etc.,in three provinces and new gas used regions will unceasingly increase.In t he paper,mainly around these problems as gas resources,management,comprehensive utilization,gathering,marketing and pricing,etc.,how to apply price strategies t o optimize the managing pattern of natural gas markets and the comprehensive uti lization trend of natural gas is put forward on the basis of finding out the gas resources and the present situation and potential of developing,marketing and d emanding in the oil field;the strategies of holding market trends and trying to gain the initiative from begining to end are studied;the may be exerted influe nce of the west to east natural gas transmission project on the gas marketing in Zhongyuan Oil Field and the opportunities and competitions faced by Zhongyuan Oil Field are thoroughly analyzed;and the importance of uninterruptedly optimiz ing the gas managing system in Zhongyuan Oil Field with the aid of the advanced experiences created by the same foreign trades is expounded finally.
