摘 要:根据孔隙直径 1/2~ 1/3双颗粒、三颗粒架桥原理 ,研制了屏蔽暂堵剂TR 5 ,供中低温油藏油水井井下作业前对油层进行保护。TR 5为水悬浮液 ,密度 1.0 0~ 1.2 5 g/cm3 ,固态颗粒质量浓度 4 0 0~ 5 0 0 g/L ,粒径范围 2~ 5 0μm ,固态颗粒油溶而水不溶 ,使用时稀释至要求浓度。在不同渗透率的人造岩心上 ,以TSD =8.0× 10 4mg/L的盐水为水相 ,煤油为油相 ,测得 90℃时TR 5对水相的暂堵率Dw 为 97.6 %~ 10 0 % ,用煤油解堵后相渗透率恢复率Ho 为 93.3%~ 97.5 % ;在天然岩心砂充填模型上用埕岛油田地层水和原油测得 6 0℃时Dw 为 99.8% ,Hw 为91.4 %~ 93.8%。在 0 .1~ 2 .0MPa范围内逐渐加大TR 5的注入压力 ,90℃下人造岩心的Dw 增大 (74 .4 %→10 0 % ) ,用煤油解堵后水相渗透率恢复率Hw 则略有减小 (96 .4 %→ 91.3% )。TR 5已在胜利油田压井、洗井、酸化等作业中广泛应用。详细介绍了孤岛中 16 2 1注水井套管外水泥浆封窜中使用TR 5的工艺程序和管柱 。According to the concept of bridging plug creation in pores by two or three particles of 1/2-1/3 pore diameter, a temporarily plugging/shielding fluid, TR 5, is developed to protect pay layers of medium low temperature in various downhole operations. TR 5 is a concentrated 400-500 g/L suspension in water of oil soluble, water insoluble solid particles of size 2-50 μm 2 with density 1.00-1.25 g/cm 3. The suspension is diluted to specified concentration in field jobs. On artificial cores of various permeability at 90℃ the temporarily plugging rate, D w, by TR 5 for salt water of TSD =8.0×10 4 mg/L accounts 97.6-100%, plug removing rate, H o, by kerosene (oil phase permeability recovery rate)?-?93.3-97.5%; on reservoir sand packs at 60℃ the D w value for Chengdao formation water?-?99.8% the H o value for Chengdao crude oil?-?91.4-93.8%. With increasing TR 5 injection pressure from 0.1 to 2.0 MPa, the D w value of artificial cores at 90℃ by the salt water increases from 74.4% to 100% and the H w value (water phase permeability recovery rate after plug removal by kerosene) decreases slightly from 96.1% to 91.3%. TR 5 is used widely in well control and washing and reservoir acidization is Shengli. The pipe string and operational procedures of sealing interzonal channellings outside the casing in water injection well Z16 21 of Gudao with TR 5 pretreatment are described in some detail and the productivity of two near oil wells is notably increased and the water cut-decreased.
