摘 要:中原卫城油田卫 18北块聚合物驱先导性试验中使用自产的AM/AMPS共聚物。对于该共聚物的定量测定 ,美国石油学会推荐用于聚合物HPAM的漂白法不适用 ,而显色法 (淀粉 碘化镉法 )经改进后在室内实验研究和矿场监测中均可用于该共聚物的分析。对原显色法的改进包括 :用溴化钾 溴酸钾溶液代替有毒的溴水 ;不再使用碘化镉和硫酸铝 ;提高试液的缓冲性能。给出了各种标准溶液的浓度及每次测定中的用量 (每次测定取含共聚物的水样 2 0~ 5 0mL ,视其中共聚物浓度而定 )。以中试生产的共聚物为标样 ,建立了共聚物质量浓度 溶液吸光度标准曲线 ,在浓度 12 0~ 2 6 0mg/L范围内标准曲线呈线性 ,R2 =0 .970 3。用改进的显色法测定了共聚物在去油储层砂上的静态吸附量 ,与HPLC法结合 ,确定了共聚物驱区块 7口采油井的初始见聚时间 。In pilot polymer flood project performed at northern block W 18 of Weicheng, Zhongyuan, a home manufactured AM/AMPS copolymer is chosen as flooding polymer. The sodium hypochlorite method recommended in API RP 63 for HPAM is shown not applicable to quantitative analysis of this copolymer while another recommended one, color development reaction method, properly modified and improved is fit to this purpose in laboratory study and field monitoring. The modifications and improvements made include: use of KBr KBrO 3 solution instead of toxic bromine water; disuse of CdI 2 and (Al) 2(SO 4) 3; enhancing the buffering power of the solution being analysed. The concentrations and amounts for one determination (20-50 mL water sample) of the standard solutions used are presented. Taking a copolymer trial manufactured in medium scale as standard sample, a standard working curve of copolymer mass concentration vz. solution light absorption is constructed with R 2=0.970 3 . BY using this method (the working curve) the static adsorption of the copolymer from solution on deoiled reservoir sand is determined with varying copolymer concentration and TSD , the copolymr emerge time in 7 production wells in copolymer flooding area is established (by using HPLG additionally) and the copolymer concentration in the produced water of these wells some day is measured.
