摘　　要：捕沫箱、分离伞为油气分离器上的重要部件 ,为克服设计与绘图中的困难 ,开发了捕沫箱、分离伞CAD绘图设计软件。软件基于Win98/ 2 0及AutoCADR1 4 / 2 0平台之上 ,能根据油气分离器主参数等设计及工艺参数自动生成装配图 ,亦能根据装配图生成零件图 ,还能按照装配图明细栏细目对材料质量自动实行累加 ,为工厂备料和成本核算提供依据。此外 ,尚能通过人机交互自动生成图框和标题栏等。该软件的开发有效提高了设计质量和效率 。Catch basin and separator umbrella are the important components of the oil and gas separator.In order to overcome the obstacles in the design and drawing,the CAD(computer aid design)drawing software for the catch basin and separator umbrella is developed.The software is based on the Auto CAD R14/20 platform for windows 98/2000.The important features and capabilities of this software include,automatically produces assembling drawings according to the main parameters of separator design and technology,automatically produces detail part drawings based on the assembling drawings,automatically accumulates material mass according to the catalogue of detail table on the assembling drawing,produces reports for the budgets of materials and cost,automatically design drawing frame and title frame using easy use and friendly interactive interface.This software is a simple and powerful tool for the designers of engineering,improves the design quality and development efficiency.
