摘　　要：大竹象是慈竹的主要害虫之一 .本文对四川省沐川县大竹象的危害情况进行了调查 ,对大竹象的形态特征、生活史和生物学特性进行了初步研究 ,针对当前大竹象的防治情况 。Cyrtotrachelus longimanus Fabrldus is one of the main weevils on the bamboo shoots of Sinocalamus affinis McClure. Preliminary investigation was conducted into the Cyrtotrachelus longimanus Fabrldus on bamboo shoots in Muchuan County, Sichuan Province. In this paper, the life cycle and biological and morphological characteristics of the Cyrtotrachelus longimanuswere described, and control history of the weevil in the county was given. Our future research and control methods of the bamboo shoot weevil were discussed.
