保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：摘要 :目的 :观察保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :92例随机分为治疗组和对照组各 46例 ,疗程 4周。结果 :治疗组心绞痛止痛显效率和总有效率为 45 .65 %、95 .65 % ,改善心电图的总有效率为 69.56 % ,疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组硝酸甘油停减率也高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;保心宁片能明显降低血小板聚集 ,纤维蛋白原浓度等血液流变性指标 ,改善脂肪代谢紊乱 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定 ,无副作用 ,对预防冠状动脉粥样硬化具有较好治疗前景摘要 :目的 :观察保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :92例随机分为治疗组和对照组各 46例 ,疗程 4周。结果 :治疗组心绞痛止痛显效率和总有效率为 45 .65 %、95 .65 % ,改善心电图的总有效率为 69.56 % ,疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组硝酸甘油停减率也高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;保心宁片能明显降低血小板聚集 ,纤维蛋白原浓度等血液流变性指标 ,改善脂肪代谢紊乱 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定 ,无副作用 。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of BaoXin Ning Tablet(BXNT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 cases in the treatment group and 46 cases in the control group and treated for 4 weeks respectively. Results:After treatment,the remission rate of angina pectoris was 45.65%,the total effctive rate of spontaneous angina pectors was 95.65%,and the improvment rate of ECG was 69.56%.The effect was significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P <0.01);BXNT could obviously reduce the remarks of blood hydrokinetics,esp,platelet coagulation,the concentration of fibrinogen. It could improve ester metabolism. The effect was also significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:BXNT was effective for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris without obvious side effect.
