65例老年妇科患者围手术期的处理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年妇科患者手术及围手术期处理的可行性。方法 :对老年妇科手术 6 5例围手术期资料进行统计分析。结果 :本组老年妇女罹患妇科疾病以子宫脱垂、子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤为主 ,常合并心血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病。经术前仔细进行病情分级评估 ,掌握指征 ,充分进行麻醉及术前准备 ,术中、术后密切监护及处理 ,细致护理 ,均避免了术中、术后可能出现严重心血管系统或肺部感染等并发症。结论 :ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 (美国麻醉医师协会病情分级 )老年妇科患者能胜任妇科一般手术 ,绝大多数可安全度过手术及手术后恢复期 。Objective: To study the feasibility of management of the aged gynecologic patients in perioperation. Methods: To analyse the data of 65 aged gynecologic patients in perioperation. Results: The chief gynecopathies on aged women are hysteroptosis, hysteromyoma and ovarioncus which often accompanied by cardiovascular disease or diabetes etc. When giving serious graded evaluation on the patient's condition, grasping the indications, having ample preparation before anesthesia and operation, and giving close monitoring and management, careful nursing in and after operation, it can avoid the possible intraoperative and postoperative complications such as cardiovascular disease and pulmonary infection. Conclusion: Aged gynecologic patients of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree are equal to general gynecologic operation and the majority are able to pass operation and postoperative recovery period safely. Age is not the absolute contraindication of these operations.
