人胎肝细胞悬液输注对重型肝炎患者血浆氨基酸谱的影响

摘  要:为探讨输注人胎肝细胞悬液(h-FLCS)治疗重肝的机制,我们观察了17例重肝输注h-FLCS前后血浆氨基酸水平、某些蛋白含量和肝功能的变化。发现无论是否合并肝性脑病,h-FLCS输注对患者BCAA、AAA水平和支/芳比值均无显著影响。输注后1~3天,蛋氨酸水平显著下降,谷氨酸和丝氨酸水平显著升高,PTa、PA和Fn均于输注后1~5天内显著升高,10天后逐渐降至输注前的水平。实验提示,h-FLCS输注确有短暂改善肝功能作用,但不能调整重肝的支/芳比值。In order to study the mechanism of transfusing human fetal liver cell suspension (h-FLCS) to patients with severe viral hepatitis ,Seventeen patients were studied and the levels of their plasma free amino acids , pre-albumin(PA). fibro-nectin(Fn)and the liver functions were measured before and after transfusion. The results showed that h-FLCS did not remarkably affect the levels of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and aromatic amino acids (AAA) and the ratios of BCAA/AAA in the cases with or without hepatic encephalopathy. But one to three days after the transfusion, the levels of plasma methionine decreased and the levels of serine and glutamic acid increased significantly. Meanwhile prothrobin activity (PTa), levels of PA and Fn increased significantly from Ito 5 days following the transfusion but returned to the levels of pretransfusion on the tenth day. This study indicates that using h-FLCS to treat severe viral hepatitis can get a confirmed and transient effect in improving the liver functions but can not effectively regulate the abnormal ratios of BCAA/AAA.
