摘　　要：本文系统讨论了一类特殊股权即技术股权 ,以技术股权的概念入手 ,探讨了技术股权的来源与划分 。In this paper, we systematically discuss on a special type of share ownership, i.e. technology share ownership. Beginning from the concepts of technology share ownership, we put forth our research fruit on its resources and divisions. Furthermore, we analyze its characteristics different from other types of share ownership.
