摘　　要：本文通过对我国农业所处的历史背景与现状进行剖析 ,找出了我国农业集约化经营存在的问题 ,探讨了我国加入WTO后农业实行集约化经营的基本思路 :即转变政府职能 ,创造农业集约化经营良好的外部环境 ;依靠科技进步 ,冲破传统观念束缚 ;加快小城镇建设 ,转移农村人口 ;Analyzing the background and actuality of agriculture in China, problems that exist in intensive farming of agriculture in our country can be found. The basic thoughts on intensive farming after China entered into WTO are as follows: transforming government function ,creating external environment of intensive farming; depending on the improvement of science to break the chains of traditional concept; accelerating town construction and immigrating rural population; adopting the way of sustainable development.
