摘　　要：首先概括了企业家素质的重要作用和企业家素质对企业能力的重要影响 ,在此基础上提出在评价企业家素质时企业家素质与企业能力的重要关联性 。The article summarizes the importance of entrepreneur quality and its significant effect on enterprise ability. Based on the summary it points out the relation of entrepreneur quality and enterprise ability. Then the article brings forward the method of entrepreneur quality evaluation which takes the effect of entrepreneur quality on enterprise ability as the assessment target.
