摘　　要：网络环境给图书馆编目工作带来了冲击 ,引起了变革。文章通过对传统编目与网络环境下编目工作的比较及编目馆员现状的简述 ,对做一名合格的现代编目馆员要求具有较高的思想素质、文化专业素质。The network environment has brought an impact and caused transformation on the cataloguing work of libraries. By comparing the traditional catalogue with the cataloguing work in the network environment,the author of elaborates her own views about what a qualified modern cataloguer is required to possess, that is, relatively high thinking quality, cultural and professional quality, information consciousness quality, and knowledge and skills about computer and network.
