摘　　要：在借鉴国外发达国家学生贷款和个人消费信贷中个人信用体系建立的经验基础上 ,详细地设计了适合中国国情的电子网络化的国家助学贷款个人信用档案以及信用评级体系 ,包括学生在校个人信用的信息来源与登记、学生个人信用档案的建立、学生个人信用评级指标体系的设计以及学生网络信用报告的编制 。In the light of experiences of developed countries in college students' loan and personal consumption loan, the paper aims to design on the rating system that fits China's situation well, including the source of information and registration of college students, files for students' personal credit, designing on the system of credit grading and preparation of net credit reports. Finally, the paper makes a design on the rewards and penalty system and the track down system.
