摘　　要：本文对信息管理与信息系统专业的变革及课程体系的构成进行了探讨 ,提出了具有特色的课程设置方案 ,并对该专业的发展及学生的培养方向提出了新的构想。The change and formation of the curriculum system of IM&IS speciality are discussed and a distinctive program for courses offered suggested in the paper. Also some new ideas about the speciality development and the training orientation are presented.
