摘 要:目的 了解本地区学龄少女 (10~ 11岁 )骨密度 (BMD)变化情况。方法 采用双能X线骨密度仪 ,1年中先后 2次对 3 80例健康少女行全身扫描和左前臂扫描 ,按体重指数 (BMI)分组 ,超重组 (BMI >19.6)、正常组 (BMI =14 .2~ 19.6)、偏轻组 (BMI <14 .2 )。结果 BMD随年龄增长而增加 ,全身各部位BMD都是第二次高于第一次 (Ρ <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1) ,其BMD的年均增长率为 5 .4%~11.3 %。超重组BMD最高 ,正常组次之 ,偏轻组BMD最低。身高、体重与全身总的BMD和前臂远端 1 10、1 3处BMD呈正相关 (r =0 .3 47~ 0 .787,Ρ <0 .0 0 1) ,全身总的BMD与前臂远端 1 10、1 3处BMD呈正相关 (r =0 .5 41~ 0 .665 ,Ρ <0 .0 0 1)。结论 该年龄段女孩BMD与身高、体重密切相关 ,评价青少年BMD时 ,应依据年龄、体重指数等因素来综合考虑。Objective To observe the change of bone mineral density (BMD) of school-age(10~11 years)young girls in Beijing.Methods Whole body and left forearm in 380 healthy girls were scaned with X-ray BMD eguipmeut twice during one year.They were divided into three groups according to body mass index (BMI):overheight group(BMI>19.6),normal group(BMI=14.2~19.6)and underheight group(BMI<14.2).Results BMD was increased significantly with their age.BMD of each part in whole body at the second measurement were higher than that at the first (Ρ<0.01~0.001),annual growth rate of BMD was 5.4%~11.3%.BMD was the highest in overheight group,the second in normal group and the lowest in underheight group.BMD of the distal 1/10,1/3 in left forearm and BMD of the whole body had significant relation to the height and the weight(r=0.347~0.787,Ρ<0.001).BMD of whole body had significant relation to BMD of the distal 1/10,1/3 in left forearm(r=0.541~0.665,Ρ<0.001).Conclusion There are closed relation between BMD of the young girls and their height and weight,so that to evaluate BMD must take age and BMI etc into consideration.
