角接触球笼式等速万向节椭圆沟道设计与接触应力分析

摘　　要：从理论上证明了给定接触点沟道沟曲率系数、钢球直径和接触角的角接触球笼式等速万向节(BJ型与DOJ型)椭圆沟道截面参数唯一性问题,给出了计算椭圆长、短半轴解析表达式。同时给出了沟道-钢球接触主曲率计算公式和椭圆积分拟合公式,简化了沟道-钢球接触应力和变形的计算,计算了BJ75等速万向节沟道截面参数和应力变形。附图8幅,表1个,参考文献8篇。The sole property problem of elliptical raceway cross section parameters of angular contact ball cage type constant velocity universal joint (BJ.DOJ type ) is proved theoretically while the raceway curvature coefficient in contact point , ball diameter and contact angle were given in this paper . The analytical expression for calculating half long axis and half short axis of ellipse, the calculating formula of contact main curvature between raceway and ball are given.Besides, the calculation process of contact stress and deformation between raceway and ball is simplified by elliptic integral fit formula and the raceway cross section parameters and stress as well as deformation of the constant-vilocity universal joint type BJ 75 are also calculated in this paper .
