摘 要:目的 考察人工麝香 β环糊精包合物的稳定性。 方法 采用气相色谱法 ,以麝香酮含量为测定指标 ,分别对人工麝香 β环糊精包合物和混合物进行强光照射、高温、高湿和挥发性试验。结果 在光、热、湿等因素影响下 ,包合物中麝香酮的含量没有明显变化 ,而混合物中麝香酮含量明显下降 ;包合物的热失重百分率比混合物小。结论 人工麝香 β环糊精包合物具有较强的抗光照性、热稳定性和湿稳定性 ,其稳定性明显优于人工麝香。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of artificial moschus-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. METHODS: The stability of artificial moschus-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and the mixture were studied by determining the changes of muscone contents by GC after subjected to lamp light, high temperature, high humidity and volatility test respectively. RESULTS: Under affecting factors such as light, heat and humidity, the content of muscone in inclusion complex had no obvious change. For the mixture, however, the content of muscone was evidently decreased. Weight loss of the inclusion complex under heat was smaller than that of the mixture. CONCLUSION: The artificial moschus-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was stable to light, heat and humidity. The stability of muscone in inclusion complex was remarkably superior to that in artificial moschus.
