摘 要:制约高浓度低氯硫基复合肥发展的副产盐酸出路是本行业共同关注的话题。针对盐酸制饲料级磷酸氢钙工艺路线存在的问题提出了复合脱氟新工艺 ,通过实验得出的优惠工艺条件是 :盐酸的ω(HCl) =2 2 %,盐酸用量为理论量的 95 %;采用钠盐和硅藻土为复合脱氟剂 ,用量约为磷矿量的8%;酸解后滤饼量的 6 0 %返回酸解系统 ,部分氯化钙母液循环利用 ,可使饲料级磷酸氢钙的P2 O5收率由目前的 85 %提高到 94%,饲料级磷酸氢钙中的m(P2 O5) /m(F) =35 0~ 46 0。It is the common concern that the by-product chlorhydric acid restricts the development of high nutrition S-based compound fertilizer with low chlorine content. In view of the problems existing in the process of the forage class calcium phosphate produced with chlorhydric acid, it gives the new compound defluorine process. After experiment, the optimized process conditions are:ω(HCl) of chlorhydric acid is equal to 22%. The consumption of chlorhydric acid is 95% of the theoretic amount. Sodium salt and diatomite are used as compound defluorine agent, their consumption is 8% of the amount of phosphate rock. After acidic decomposition, 60% filtration cake is recycled to the acidic decomposition system, a part of mother liquor calcium chloride is for recycled utilization. The recovery rate of P 2O 5 for forage class calcium phosphate is increased from 85% to 94%. m(P 2O 5)/m(F) is 350 to 460 in forage class calcium phosphate.
