摘 要:沥青球的制备是球形活性炭制备的关键步骤 ,制备的沥青球的软化点、球形度等指标直接影响目的产品球形活性炭的物性指标。本实验以各相同性高软化点石油沥青为主要原料 ,通过加入 2 0 wt%~ 5 0 wt%的减粘剂进行调制 ,获得的调制沥青 ,破碎后选取一定粒径范围的沥青微粒 ,在常压和低于 1 0 0℃的温和条件下采用新颖的悬浮法实现了沥青的球化。借助扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)的观测和平均球形度的测试 ,证明所得沥青球的球形度好、粒径分布范围窄。实验还证明 ,成球时搅拌速度不影响球径 。The formation of pitch spheres is the key step of PSAC preparation,because the characteristics of pitch spheres will affect the properties of PSAC.In the present study,isotropic petroleum pitches with high softening point were used as material which were blended with 20wt%~50wt% naphthalene,and its particles was conglobated by a novel suspension procedure under the condition of normal pressure and the temperature lower than 100℃ The obtained pitch spheres were found to have good sphericity and narrow granule size distribution through SEM observation and average sphericity examination.It was also proved by experiment that during the formation of the pitch spheres,the stirring rate do not affect spheres size but affect the sphericity.
