二嗪磷原油的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用气相色谱法 ,选用OV 17玻璃柱 ,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物 ,测定二嗪磷原油中有效成分的含量。方法的标准偏差为 0 19% ,变异系数为 0 2 0 % ,回收率为 99 5 1%～ 10 0 2 %A quantitative analysis method of the organophosphorrus insecticide diazinon was described by gas chromatography with OV 17 glass column and Dibutyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.19,the variation cofficient was 0.20% and recovery was 99.5%～100.2%.
