摘 要:在固定床积分反应器上研究了一种C3馏分液相选择加氢催化剂的宏观动力学。在不同的空速、温度、氢炔比条件下测定了反应的转化率和选择性 ,探讨了C3液相选择加氢的基本规律 ,并根据试验数据回归出了宏观动力学方程式 :rMAPD=0 .196 6 6e- 12 0 53RT C0 .8MAPDC0 .5H2 rC3H8=8.15 39× 10 - 4e- 112 4 9RT C1.A study was made on selective hydrogenation of C 3 cut using an integral reactor with water jacket. The influence of temperature, space velocity and H 2/acetylene molar ratio on conversion of MAPD and selectivity of propylene were investigated. Kinetic equations for hydrogenation of MAPD to propylene and hydrogenation of propylene to propane were obtained from the data. r MAPD =0.19666e -12053RT C 0.8 MAPD C 0.5 H 2 r C 3H 8 =8.1539×10 -4 e -11249RT C 1.82 H 2 The results calculated according to these equations well agree with the experimental data. A mathematical model for the commercial C 3 cut hydrogenation reactor was established upon basis of the kinetic equations. The results calculatied according to this model showed that the equations could satisfactorily describe the hydrogenation process.
