摘 要:采用溶液 -浇铸法用商业化Nafion膜的溶解液制备再铸Nafion膜 ,对再铸Nafion膜进行了氧气渗透系数测试和电池性能评价 ,并与厚度相近的商业化Nafion膜进行比较 ,同时对再铸Nafion膜组装的PEMFC进行了短期稳定性考查 .实验结果表明 :通过溶液 -浇铸法制备的再铸Nafion膜可以应用于质子交换膜燃料电池 ;再铸Nafion膜的氧气渗透系数和电池性能与商业化Nafion膜相近 ;再铸Nafion膜组装PEMFC在 15 0h之内未见电池性能下降 .Recast Nafion membranes are prepared by the method of solution-cast,i.e,casting the solution from commercial Nafion membrane,which is dissolved by mixing with organic solvent such as methanol,ethanol,and iso-propanol at elevated temperatures.The oxygen permeability coefficients and cell performances of the recast Nafion membranes are evaluated in order to compare with those of the commercial Nafion membranes.Meanwhile,the stability of the PEMFC with the recast Nafion membrane of 0.060 mm thickness is also investigated in the time of 150 h.It was found that the recast Nafion membranes prepared by the method of solution-cast may be applied as electrolyte for the PEMFC;the oxygen permeability coefficients and cell per formances of the recast Nafion membranes compare favorably with those of the commercial Nafion membranes;the PEMFC with 0.060 mm recast Nafion membrane can be operated steadily for 150 hours without performance reducing.
