摘  要:采用醇 水法和柠檬酸络合法制备了CaO ZrO2 粉体 ,用XRD和TEM等手段对粉体的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明 :醇 水法所得粉体的粒径在 70nm左右 ,基本无团聚体存在 ;至 80 0℃时 ,晶粒已经发育完好 ,与固相法相比 ,其合成温度降低了 60 0℃左右 ;晶型结构为四方晶型 ,无单斜相存在。而柠檬酸络合法所得粉体中含有大量单斜相。将醇 水法所得粉体加入到BaTiO3中 ,进行烧结实验 ,与固相法合成的CaO ZrO2 粉体相比 ,它使BaTiO3的烧结温度降低了 2 0℃左右。CaO ZrO 2 powders were prepared by alcohol water and citrate complex methods,the morphology and structure were characterized by TEM and XRD.The results indicate that the grain diameter of powders obtained by alcohol water method was about 70 nm,with few agglomerations;By 800℃, the tetragonal crystal structure was formed completely without monoclinic phase.However,powders obtained by citrate complex method contained many monoclinic phases.Compared with CaO ZrO 2 powders obtained by solid method,their synthetic temperatures decreased by 600℃.The sintering result indicates that the sintering temperature of BaTiO 3 is decreased by 20℃ by adding in CaO ZrO 2 powders obtained by alcohol water method.
