摘 要:综述了近年来国内外高温环境下在用压力容器缺陷检测技术、高温材料数据库及其安全评估方法的发展状况 ,内容分为检测技术及材料数据库和评估方法两部分。本部分介绍了现有的高温环境下结构中缺陷的超声检测技术 ,包括高温探头和高温耦合剂的开发及研制 ,并简要回顾了欧洲委员会资助的“高温完整性研究计划”及其建立的高温材料数据库 ,讨论了工程中高温下结构失效的判据 。A review was made on the state-of-the-arts of non-destructive measuring technique, materials database and safety assessment technology for high temperature pressure vessels. According to its content, it was divided into two parts: measuring technique and materials databank and assessment technology. In this part, some advanced ultrasonic instruments used in defects measurement at elevated temperature were introduced briefly, including ultrasonic probes and their couplant. The development of 'High-temperature Defect Assessment Project' and its material property database sponsored by European Commission were also reviewed. Following the failure criteria of components operating at high temperature, some further research efforts needed in China were suggested.
