摘　　要：催化气压机出口冷却器管束发生内漏 ,经打压试漏发现为管束的换热管发生穿透性裂纹 ,经取样做理化检验 ,分析裂纹产生的原因 。An internal leak occurred on the tube bundle of outlet cooler of catalytic gas compressor.Through pressurized leak detection,the through wall flaw were found on the heat exchange tube of tube bundle.By physical and chemical examination with a sample,the cause for crack generation was analyzed,and it provided a basis for safe service of cooler tube bundle.
