摘  要:分析了提高高炉入炉品位、降低SiO2 含量对提高炼铁效益的巨大影响。论述了目前不少钢铁企业为了获取高炉炼铁的最大效益 ,都愿意多“吃”优质进口铁矿石 ,逐步减少国内铁矿山自产铁精矿的使用比例。在我国高炉炉料铁含量快速提高 (已达到 5 6%~ 60 % )的形势下 ,国内铁矿山如果不采取积极措施改变铁品位较低、SiO2 杂质高的状态 ,提高自产铁精矿质量 ,必将在激烈的市场竞争中处于劣势 ,市场份额会越来越少 ,如此发展下去 ,将直接影响我国现有铁矿山的持续发展 ,也会影响到金属铁矿山 2 0多万职工的生活、社会稳定及炼铁效益。讨论了在此情况下 ,我国铁矿山选矿工业应如何发展 ,提出了发展方向。A great importance of silco reduction and iron increasing of furnace burden to the improvement of iron making's economic results is analysed. At present, to seek their maximum economic profits, quite a few of iron and steel enterprises hope to import high quality foreign iron ore and reduce gradually the occupatance ratio of domestically produced iron concentrates. In China, the desired iron content of furnace burden is getting higher and higher(even up to 50%~60%). In such a situation, if the domestic iron mines don't take active measures to improve the quality of domestically produced iron concentrates by increasing the iron grade and reducing the SiO 2 content, they will certainly be in an inferior position on intense markets, resulting in less and less market shares. The situation develops in such a way that not only sustained development of China's existing iron mines, but also more than 200 thousand worker's life and social stability will certainly be affected. The authors discuss how to develop China's mineral processing industry, and point out the way forward, countermeasures and some concerned problem.
