摘　　要：分析了粉状和片状触媒在合成金刚石时的作用特点 ,通过“剥皮”试验确认金刚石成核过程中出现熔媒聚集现象。对金刚石杂质含量进行了检测 ,结果表明 :粗颗粒金刚石的杂质含量高于细颗粒金刚石杂质含量 ;片状触媒合成的金刚石杂质含量高于粉末触煤合成的金刚石杂质含量。从粉末触媒合成过程着手 ,探讨了金刚石的生长机制。The action characteristics of the powder catalyst and slice catalyst used in the synthesis of diamond were analysed and the monatomic catalyst was compared to the alloy catalyst according to the experiments. Moreover, it demonstrated the growth mechanism of diamond and the action mechanism of catalyst in a special way from the powder catalyst. At last, some questions were put forward and need further study.
