印度利用外国直接投资政策及对我们的启示  

India' s Utilization of Foreign Direct Investment: Policy and Its Enlightenment to Us

摘　　要：印度利用外国直接投资采取限制与利用相结合的政策,引导外资流向重点发展部门,外国投资产业结构日趋合理。印度政府在利用外国直接投资过程中,强调对引进技术的消化与扩散,以及人才本土化等经验值得我国学习;但印度政局不稳定,对外资限制过于严厉,投资环境差等教训也值得我们引以为戒。India employs the policy of the combination of restriction and utilization when India utilizes foreign direct investment, which leads foreign investment to some key develeping sectors and makes foreign industrial investment structure more and more reasonable. During utilizing foreign direct incstment, India puts emphasis on the digestion of borrowed technology and talents indigenization, which is worth learning. However, Indian political environment is not steady and its restriction to foreign investment is too strict, which our country should avoid.
