摘　　要：适应经济的发展、竞争的需要 ,企业的生产模式由传统的集中生产转向跨地区跨国家的动态联盟生产模式。航空转包生产作为典型的动态联盟生产模式 ,具有企业外部环境变化快且质量要求高的特点 ,针对这些特点 ,提出并建立了航空转包生产的质量信息管理系统模型 。With the growing competition of the world market, the production mode changes from the traditional one to that of the dynamic alliance. As a typical mode of dynamic alliance, subcontract has the characteristics that the enterprise environment changes rapidly with high quality requirement, for which this paper presents a model of the quality information management system of the subcontract and develops the software of it with Delphi.
