摘 要:文中介绍的是一种主要用B、V、Ti及碱金属,稀土金属进行复合变质处理的方法.试验表明,该法可使低合金白口铸铁的碳化物形态明显改善,使a_k值提高为未变质处理的2倍以上.经合适变质的低铬白口铸铁的a_k值在铸态下可达10J/cm^2,经热处理可达12J/cm^2.In this paper, a new method for composite modification with B, V, Ti, RE and alkali metals was presented. The experimental results showed that the modification method significantly improved the carbides morphology in low alloy white cast iron and increased its impact toughness by 200% compared with that of unmodified cast iron. The as-cast impact toughness of low alloy white cast iron of 10J/cm2 was obtained through proper modification and the toughness (ak) of up to 12 J/cm2 after further heat treatment was achieved and the modification mechanism of low alloy white cast iron was also discussed.
