摘 要:研究了消除奥贝球铁中锰的偏析及其不良影响的工艺措施。对含Mn0.8%左右的奥贝球铁,通过强化孕育处理,调整硅量或奥氏体化温度,以及等温淬火后进行回火处理,均可消除锰含量增高对组织和性能的不利影响。在此基础上,可扩大生铁含锰量允许范围、或利用锰提高淬透性,从而促进奥贝球铁的推广应用。Abstract The technological measures were studied to eliminate the manganese seg-regation and its detrimental effects in ADI. It was found that the detrimen-tal effects of increased Mn content on microstructure and properties of . ADI containing up to 0.8% Mn can be eliminated through strengthening the inocu-lation, adjusting Si content or austenitizing temperature properly and con-ducting temper treatment after austempering. As a result,the allowable range of Mn content in pig iron can be enlarged, and in some cases, Mn can be used to improve the hardenability in place of Mo, Ki, Cu, thus promoting the application of ADI in a wide range.
