紫苏子与其伪品油菜子的鉴别

摘　　要：目的 :比较鉴别紫苏子与其伪品油菜子。方法 :采用性状、显微、薄层色谱及紫外吸收光谱等鉴别方法。结果 :油菜子其表面黑褐色棕褐色 ,有微细网状纹理 ,薄层色谱显示无紫苏子所含成分斑点 ,紫外吸收光谱显示在2 4 8nm处有一最大吸收。而紫苏子在 2 35nm处有一最大吸收。结论 :本实验提供的鉴别方法 ,能客观准确地把紫苏子和油菜子加以区别。Objective: To identify Fructus Perillae and pseudo-rapeseed.Methods: They were identified with their properties, microscope, thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet absorption spectrogram. Results: The appearance of rapeseed was dark brown or brown, there were thiny net veins, while no spatsof compositions in Fructus Perillae were found in thin layer chromatography, the maximum absorption appeared at 248nm of thin lager chromatography, while the maximacm absorption of Fructus perillae was at 235nm.Conclusion: The experiment provides an approach for identification. The difference between Fructus Perillae and rapeseed can be accurately and objectively made.
