川芎嗪对黄褐斑患者血脂过氧化物、超氧化物歧化酶含量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究川芎嗪对黄褐斑患者血脂过氧化物 (LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量的影响。方法将 6 0例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 32例 ,对照组 2 8例。治疗组每天静脉滴注川芎嗪 1 6 0mg ,疗程 1 5天 ,测定治疗组静脉滴注川芎嗪前后LPO、SOD的含量变化 ,对照组直接从静脉取血测定LPO、SOD的含量。结果川芎嗪治疗后 ,黄褐斑患者LPO含量明显降低 ,SOD含量明显升高 ,黄褐斑症状也明显改善。结论川芎嗪能明显降低黄褐斑患者LPO含量 ,升高SOD含量 。Objective To explore the effects of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) on the Lipid Peroxidation(LPO) and the Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in patients suffering from chloaswa.Methods 60 cases with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group (n=32) in which the patents were drip-transfused with TMP (160mg in 250ml glucose,iv/in d.for 15days) and the control group (n=28) in which the patients were given glucose only.The LPO and SOD contents in plasma of all patients were measured pre-and post-treatment.Results In treated group,after the treatment the LPO had reduced while the SOD raised markedly and the chloasma-symptom was improved clearly.Conclusion TMP can reduce LPO and raise SOD contents in plasma so has curative effect on chloasma.
