彩色多普勒对房间隔缺损大小与肺动脉血流速度及杂音关系的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了提高彩色多普勒对房间隔缺损 (ASD)的诊断率。方法 :研究 4 1例ASD患者房间隔缺损大小与肺动脉内血流速度及肺动脉瓣听诊区杂音之间的关系 ,并由手术证实。结果 :房间隔缺损大小与肺动脉内血流速度及杂音强弱呈正相关性 (r=0 .8,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :这一研究对ASD的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Objective:To enhance the diagnostic rate of color Doppler on atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods:Forty one ASD cases were observed for their blood flow velocity and the murmur of their pulmonary artery,which were confirmed by surgery.Results:The results showed that the size of ASD had a positive correlation(r=0.8. P &lt;0.01) with blood flow velocity and murmur of pulmonary.Conclusion:It has an important value in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of ASD.
