胶体磨在铸造涂料中的应用研究

摘  要:本文研究了胶体磨对涂料的加工特性和胶体磨涂料的性能。试验表明,胶体磨是一种优异的涂料加工设备,对层状解理的石墨、膨润土等物料的较强的减薄、表面活化作用,从而制备出高效锂改性膨润土和高悬浮性石墨涂料;胶磨石墨涂料的流变特性具有低剪切速率下呈现马鞍形特征;调节胶磨缝隙和胶磨次数可方便地获得适合不同要求的涂料。Processing characteristic of colloid mill to the production of coating, the properties of this coatng, have been investigated. The experimental results show that colloid mill is a kind of excellent equipment for processing coating. It posesses not only some advantages of other equipments for processing coating, but also the function of quite intensely thinning and giving surface activity to materials with larger cleavage such as graphite and bentonite. Therefore, suspending Li-bentonite and graphite coating can be produced by this equipment. The rheological curve of the graphite coating shows the shape of saddle at the low shear rate. The coating fit for different requirements can be made conveniently by controling the mill gap and times.
